Fowles Spurling Cannon - can we save you money, or help you generate extra income?

SEARCH, INDEX, UPDATES, CONTENTS, SERVICES, TAX COMPLIANCE, SELF ASSESSMENT, TAX RETURN CHECKLIST

We suggest that you print this checklist to help you gather the information that is needed to complete your Tax Return.

If you plan to send it to us, it is not necessary for you to write down all the details requested.  We prefer you to let us see items such as your P60 from which we can extract the information we need.

Please mark any sections that do not apply to you as "N/A".

Where there are any changes from the last year, such as a new source of income, or an account has been closed, please indicate the date of this event.

Please attach a separate schedule where there is insufficient space.
