For most work we can agree a fee in advance, based upon information being provided to us in an agreed manner.
We reserve the right to renegotiate a fixed fee if we subsequently find that the circumstances are significantly different to those we had been led to expect, or if information is not provided as agreed.
A payment schedule and timetable will be agreed.
