Whether we are providing basic compliance services or comprehensive advice, we treat each client as an individual, based upon our knowledge of that client.
The more information that we have about individual clients, the more we can tailor our services to your particular circumstances.
We ask new clients to print and complete the attached forms and post, fax, or deliver them to us -
a business information form
and
a business services form in respect of any business that you have.
a personal information form,
a family information form, if appropriate and
a personal services form, if appropriate for each individual.
Although these forms ask for a lot of detailed information, there is no obligation to provide any information that you do not consider is appropriate.
However, we do need proof of the identity of new clients under the Money Laundering regulations before we can give any advice or assistance, and therefore sight of a passport or photo style driving licence, and a recent utility bill at an initial meeting can avoid an unnecessary delay in providing advice and assistance.
