We prepare accounts to suit the requirements of a particular client.

We prepare end of year accounts for Sole Traders, Partnerships, Limited Liability Partnerships, Limited Companies, Charities and Pension Funds.  These can follow the minimum required format, or can provide supplementary information as an aid to management.

We prepare management accounts on an agreed timescale and in an agreed format.  Typically a management profit and loss account will show figures for -

• Budget - current month
• Actual - current month
• Actual - previous month
• Budget - current year to date
• Actual - current year to date
• Actual - previous year to date
• Actual - previous full year

All columns will show costs as a percentage of turnover.

Proprietors drawings can be shown in some detail, particularly in Partnership Accounts.

Accounts information checklist
It is in your interest to provide us with as many of the records and information listed in this Word Checklist as possible, at one time, and suitably labeled and indexed where appropriate.  We will not examine every document that you provide to us, but our fees will generally be lower where we can scan all these documents to attempt to identify potentially contentious items.
